The license policy for publishing the ULLA project on the SourceForge platfrom is driven by these major objectives:

• As part of a University, the authors want to provide as many opportunities as possible for further (re-)usage and development of this implementation. Therefore we have companies developing products in mind as well as developers from the Open Source Community, who want to integrate ULLA more closely with the Linux or other OS kernels. Although, we believe both scenarios are quite futuristic ideas, they are influencing our choice of the licenses.

UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED, THE CODE IS DISTRIBUTED UNDER THE FIRST LICENSE LISTED IN THE BOILERPLATE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL FILE. ALTERNATIVELY, THE FILES MAY BE USED UNDER THE TERMS OF THE SECOND OR THIRD LICENSE LISTED.

IF YOU WISH TO ALLOW THE USE OF YOUR VERSION OF THE FILES UNDER ONLY A SINGLE LICENSE, INDICATE YOUR DECISION BY DELETING THE LICENSE OPTION IN THE TABLE AND IN EACH INDIVIDUAL FILE BOILERPLATE SELECTED.
